Pastor

Bro. Mike grew up hunting and fishing in the South Louisiana marshes. After serving in the LA Army National Guard for 9 years, he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from McNeese State University. While pursuing that degree, he met his wife Chelsey. They have three children: Michael, Madison, and Caleb. While employed at an engineering firm in New Orleans, LA he felt the call to ministry. He served as Pastor of FBC Patterson, LA while pursuing a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and post-graduate study in Paleography and Biblical Languages. In 2011, he accepted the call to Koran Baptist Church in Haughton, LA.
